Hi, I’m Joy. I’m a Kinesiology practitioner, registered with the Australian Kinesiology Association. I’ve been fortunate enough to study under the renowned Dr Charles Krebs (LEAP), Hugo Tobar (NK) and Brett Scott in the United States, Australia and Hong Kong respectively, and I’m currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Neuroenergetic Kinesiology, along with a Masters of Counselling degree with Monash University.


If you find yourself stuck in a rut, are having difficulties in a relationship, or are spending hours past midnight staring at the ceiling, this can ultimately affect other areas of your life. As we all know, there is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” approach when it comes to working through our issues, which is why I use a wide range of methods to provide holistic solutions for my clients. These include Neuroenergetic Kinesiology, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and, using these techniques, I’m able to help individuals seeking to find balance in their lives. This enables them to manage their own stress levels, be more connected with themselves and others… and simply enjoy life!


When I’m not sharing Kinesiology and other practical tools for a healthier lifestyle with my clients and NGOs including The Nesbitt Centre and New Life 360, you’ll find me focusing my movements in a yoga or dance class, or baking up a storm at home (my go-to is a delectable flourless chocolate cake!)
