Movement Correction Therapy Group Classes
It can be hard to find the time to safely and accurately explore our bodies’ limits in our busy daily lives; however inflexibility and tightness in our joints and muscles affects many of us, causing poor posture and chronic pain.
In our new Movement Correction Therapy classes, we will show you how to tackle these common issues with specific stretches and postural corrections, exploring your body’s limitations to alleviate tightness and stiffness in the muscles and joints.
By developing the skills to unwind your own body and learning how to activate dormant muscles, you can begin to correct your posture and, over time, reduce chronic postural aches and pains.
